Windows 11 Can't force Factory Reset after installing tablet drivers

I was installing the drivers for my Wacom, it gave me a blue screen (PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA) and it sent me to advanced options. I tried to return to a recovery point WITHOUT the drivers but the problem persisted.When i tried to return to the oldest recovery point it gave me another BSOD..Once it sent me back to advanced options i tried to factory reset my laptop.....now i get "there was a problem resetting your pc".I'm frustrated and I don't know what to do...is there a way to at least factory reset? I can't reset from command prompts and it won't boot safe mode (CRITICAL PROCESS DIED)
