So I really messed up here. Long story short, I went into the netplwix application and changed the permissions on the built in administrator, disabling it. I then went and changed the main user, (myself), to the very top option. I think was the device owner or something of the sort. Not knowing it doesn't have administrator privileges. I've searched through as many forums as I could but couldn't find any answer, except reinstalling windows entirely. Another wrench in the situation is that I cannot log into my Microsoft account on the computer instead of being on the local user without the wind
