Windows 10 Can't get my 2nd monitors to display 2560x1440p at 60hz on my Windows 10 Pro

Just bought a new pc. I have two monitors, one is 4K (UHD) and second one is 2K (QHD) i.e. 2560x1440p. If only use one of them, I can obtain the max resolution respectively. However, when trying to setup dual monitors, only able to get the 4K monitor to display at its max resolution (using HDMI). The QHD one can only display at 1920x1010 (with DP to HDMI converter).My GPU is Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti OCAny suggestion?Thanks in advance!
