Windows 11 Cant get out of S mode on Windows 11

I am trying to use a new laptop, it is in S mode and i’m trying to switch it out. I get a constant message telling me I have the maximum 10 devices and gives me a broken link to a page that never loads. I went on my phone and accessed my account and deleted 4 devices but it’s still saying this.
