Windows 11 Can't get Phone Link to login to Microsoft

I recently lost connection between Phone Link on my pc (Windows 11 Pro) and Link to Windows on my phone (Android - Galaxy A35). Not sure if it was update(s) that cause it or what. Nothing I tried fixed it. I uninstalled the 2 latest Windows updates to no avail. I eventually tried repairing Phone Link, but that did nothing. So I reset Phone Link. That required re-linking. When I open Phone Link it asks me to select my device (Android or iPhone) and I select Android. It then brings me to a Microsoft login screen where I select "Sign in with Microsoft."
