Windows 11 can’t install a game

so i recently reset my computer which removed everything and now I am reinstalling all my games however forza horizon 5 is not installing and is giving an error code 0x80070002 I contacted Xbox support and after they did their troubleshoot they said it was a problem with Windows and the operating system and they said to contact windows support do what to do now and how do I contact them
