Windows 10 Can't install my Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition. I just can install the base game

Just title, I bought the Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition back then in 2017 when it was released. And now I just can install the basic edition from the Windows Store. Whenever I try to install the ultimate with all the DLC's it says: "License adquisition" and after a while "There was a problem in our side" and the following error: "0x803FB107"Could you please check it out?Cheers
