Windows 11 Can't install the cumulative as well as feature updates on Windows 11. It's stuck at 10% and sometimes 100% after restarting my laptop.

Hey there,My cumulative update is currently stuck at 10℅ which is showing a different percentage after restarting my laptop.Even I can't download the voice model.I have tried to troubleshoot and it's showing this. I have tried resetting my laptop with keeping my files. But it's not working. The update is still stuck at 10℅ and sometimes 100%.I have stopped the Windows update from the services menu as well. Even scannow is performed via CMD but it couldn't find any problem.My laptop model is Lenovo ideapad 3 (AMD Ryzen 5 5500) 15 inch.Is there any solution ??
