Windows 11 Can't install Windows 11 24H2 while AMD-V is activated in the UEFI

Hello,I am reporting about a bug with the 24H2 version of Windows 11 (or any build after dev insider build 22593 to be specific) when I have AMD-V activated in the UEFI.Everytime I am trying to update Windows 11 to version 24H2, I am getting the error code 0xc1900101 - 0x30017, which should be a driver that isn't working, but this error only occurs when AMD-V is activated. As soon as AMD-V is deactivated, the upgrade is running completely fine.The machine I am running is a Lenovo Ideapad Pro 5 (16APH8) with an AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS, 32 GB DDR5-6400 (soldered) and no dedicated GPU (only the RDNA3
