Windows 11 Can’t install windows on my new SSD, “No Signed drivers were found”

Just bought a new MSI Katana 15 B12, I purchased a Samsung 2TB 980 Pro along side it. I can’t seem to install Windows 10 or Windows 11 on the new SSD. When I go to select a drive it says “No Signed drivers were found”I’ve searched for hours and done countless formats and different solutions. None seem to work.
