Windows 11 Can't Install Windows Store on new Windows 11 Computer

I recently bought a new Windows 11 computer but it didn't come with the game overlay, xbox app, or windows store. I was able to get the xbox app but no matter what I do I can't get the windows store. I've tried multiple commands in powershell from the internet but none of them have worked. I enter the commands and restart my computer but nothing happens. I tried using a command that said something about enabling the ability to use commands but that still did nothing. Thanks in advance.
