I have been having boot/restart issues for a while. I decided to do a clean install of Windows.The Windows installation will not complete and I get a black screen because the PC refuses to restart towards the end of the installation procedure.If I clear CMOS and reboot I can get into CMD and the BIOS.I am looking for ideas to try and fix this problem. Thanks.
