Hi there,
Issue
I'm having trouble installing some updates.. at first I couldn't install the 2018-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4058258), each time I restarted it would just restart and go to the login screen and state that it was unable to update with an error code similar to this (0x8007----) the numbers after 7 would change and sometimes letters would also add on.
It would say no updates available after the restart but when I re-check it always re-downloads the update
However now I'm confused now, the updates that are installed don't show on the uninstall page.. I'm not sure what's going on. This is a 2 day old pc ://..
Steps taken so far
I've only really tried the update trouble-shooter twice and it's rebuilt the update database-- forgot what it was called but it didn't help...
Also uninstalled the KB4058258 update but that didn't do much either..
