Windows 10 Cant join friends on ark survival win 10 edition

so me and my buddies are trying to play ark together on a non dedicated server but we cant all join each other 2 of us are using the win 10 and the other is playing xbox every time we try to join or accept invites a message will pop up saying failed to join or could not retrieve address.
