Windows 11 Can’t listen to music on my Dell computer with my WH-1000XM4 headphones

I am unable to use my headphones to play music (such as from iTunes). I was able to do this with my previous PC. What settings can I modify/change so I can listen to music? I have no problem listening to audio from any given website like YouTube.Any help is much appreciated.ThanksSteve
