Windows 10 cant log in to administrator

I am trying to log in as an administrator on windows 10. However, when i went into my advanced command prompt and used the command "net user Administrator /active:yes", it said the code was run successfully. However, when i restarted my laptop, i did not see the other user button. Now i am stuck on the normal user and cannot use admin account or make changes.
