Windows 11 Can't log in to my computer after Windows update.

My computer was automatically updated to Windows 11 (I assume?) and the pin log in was disabled. It forces me to use *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to log in. However, I have never used this email account nor did I remember the password. I tried to activate this account. Since I didn't use it I was not able to provide enough information and failed to activate it. Now I am not able to use my computer.
