Windows 11 Cant log in to my laptop

Help. I gave my laptop to my company it manager to format and reset as im resigning and laptop will stay with me, because i bought it from the company. But the it manager formatted it with domain lock and now i cannot access or use the laptop. Help me what should i do. I cannot get in touch with the it manager
