Windows 10 can't login into xbox app

when I'm clicking on the login button in the xbox app, it is not working. The white (somtetimes gray) windows appers for 1 second. And there is an warning in the EventViewer thete there is no permission.The właściwe dla aplikacji permission settings do not grant Lokalny Aktywacja permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {37399C92-DC3F-4B55-AE5B-811EE82398AD} and APPID {37399C92-DC3F-4B55-AE5B-811EE82398AD} to the user DESKTOP-DM0TLOI\MTE SID (S-1-5-21-1788177623-4058758-10019467-1001) from address LocalHost (użycie LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.GamingApp_2207
