Windows 10 Can't move partitions

I recently restored my Windows installation from an image backup (done this many times).The disk I've restored to is 2x the original size.I can't move or resize any of the partitions in order to add the free space to the C drive.There's no option to do so even when the free space is initialised and is given a drive letter.Bitlocker is OFF.I can't use GParted either as all that sees is one large partition....
