Windows 11 Cant open up .txt files or certain command files now.

Did a restore point to a few days back because a virus was found on my computer, now I cant open .txt files without a error saying "Cant find, make sure you have the name correct" and whenever I try to double click on certain files (For example some command things, and also software) it just wont open. This also seems to be causing issues in some games that im playing. Also it seems I cant open up ANY SORT OF FILE, including mp4's and png's, please help me because this seems to be a pretty major issue!TLDR: Windows wont let me open up any sort of file anymore without saying that "No such inter
