Windows 11 Can't Open Virus & Threat Protection, "Your IT Administrator has Limited Access"

Hi all. As the title says, I cannot access the virus & threat protection section of Windows Defender and get a popup that says my IT Administrator has limited access. I'm on a personal laptop, so obviously it isn't an IT administration issue.
