Windows 10 Can't play half of the games I own due to 'Bad Image' or errors involving Visual C++ Redistributables

I recently upgraded my Windows to a Windows 10 Home edition and I didn't keep my files. I re-downloaded my games on Steam and now I am getting issues launching half of the games I have. Issues regarding my Visual C++ Redistributables and a Bad Image relating to my d3d11.dll file are some of the errors that pop up. Most of the time there isn't even an error, the game just doesn't launch at all. I'm guessing it has to do with the PC thinking there is an install of Direct X and other files but its gone as a result of me wiping the PC, but the PC doesn't know it.
