Windows 11 Can't play most Minecraft versions at all

I've been trying to run a 1.18.2 modpack however, after launching I always get error code 1. I thought it might be something wrong with the modpack but I cant even run vanilla 1.18.2.I've tried uninstalling Java, reinstalling.deleting the .minecraft folder/launcher and reinstalling.updated my graphics drivers.downgrading my drivers doesn't fix it.manually selecting javaw for Java 17 doesn't work either.I would be very grateful if someone can help me fix this.Here's one of the crash logs. : https://pastebin.com/cDWpnqY9always get this in the crash logs: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc00000
