Windows 11 Can't reactivate Windows 11 after PC Upgrade

Hello. Today I upgraded the hardware of my pc and I'm trying to reactivate windows 11, but I can't. The error code I see at the Activation page on settings is 0xC004F213. When I click to troubleshoot, the troubleshooter completes but it wasn't able to activate windows. So at this stage, I clicked "I changed hardware on this device recently" -> choose my old saved pc, but again I got "Unable to activate Windows -we can't reactivate windows on this device. Try again later".PS: I tried this solution: fix error code 0xc004f213 - Microsoft Community , and the SFC scan actually fixed some things,
