Windows 11 Can't remove Keyboard Layout from windows 11

Hello, I am had recently purchased new laptop with windows 11 and it slowly becoming my worst nightmare. I am using English US keyboard layout and Czech. Every single time I restart laptop, English UK appear there as well but in the settings, I can't find it. I can add it then remove it and for the runtime, it stays gone but once I close the laptop or restart it, the English UK is back. I followed the instructions in the video in here but sadly the problem remains:Redirecting
