Windows 7 cant repair BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO on W7 using bcdedit

I have always managed to repair BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO using the CMD but this time I got surprised because when I write
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} truncatememory It says "An error occurred while attempting to delete the specified data element. Element could not be found"

Any solution? I dont have any backup nor system image and I dont have any windows 7 instalation CD since I cant find it.
