Windows 10 Can't reset PIN if I've requested a security email change recently

Hello,I've forgotten the PIN on my laptop and when clicking the option to reset my pin, I am redirected to sign in to my Microsoft account. I sign in, my password is correct, however since I have recently (a few weeks ago) requested that my security details (back-up email) be changed since they are no longer active, I am stuck on a screen telling me to cancel that change request, and cannot proceed with resetting my PIN.I've now also entered my incorrect PIN too many times into my laptop that I am not even being given the option to sign in to my Microsoft account, but that I must get my PIN co
