Windows 11 Can't review or dismiss Windows security recommended actions

Windows security is telling me that there is a potentially unwanted app found. However, when I click on "review" it just takes me to the protection history tab where it says that it has no recent actions. Also, when I click on dismiss, nothing happens! Is this a bug with windows 11 or am I looking at a more in-depth issue? Any help is greatly appreciated! I have included screenshots for reference.
