This happened after updating to the latest windows 11 version 22h2 from windows 11 21h2. There are no apps running.I tried multiple fixes like shutting down and restarting and logging out then in.I tried to use disk management but the options to eject or turn disk offline don't even appear.I ran an antivirus check and there was no malware. I even tried turning the antivrus off to see if it was the cause but the problem stayed.I used resource manager and process explorer and searched for D: (D being the letter for my hard drive) to see if there was a handle for it but there were no results.If r
