Windows 11 Can't set password (pincode) to my laptop " something went wrong, try again later

Hello I can't set the pin code for my laptop, it says "something went wrong, try again later however i bought the laptop couple days ago and also i have windows 11, i also try to repeat after other advices but didn't helped
