Windows 11 Can't set up pin after motherboard replacement and bitlocker

My asus zenbook laptop had a motherboard replacement and now I can't login. After going through bitlocker pin is required to sign in, but is "no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device". Clicking "set up my PIN" doesn't work and only takes me back instantly to the lock screen. Fingerprint and PIN are my only login options, so I can't use password. The bitlocker key is required on every boot, which seems to prevent entering advanced startup. I can connect to the wifi and the laptop remembered the wifi password. Any solutions?
