Windows 11 Can’t Sign in. Internet not working only for PC

I’ve downloaded some new drivers for my Wacom tablet shortly after downloading the most recent windows update (I think like a whole day prior) and it required me to restart my computer, then this happened. Every other device in the house is working on the Wi-Fi. I have 2 Ethernet cables. 1 for the computer, and 1 for a Smart TV. Ethernet works on Smart TV, doesn’t on Desktop.I’ve restarted my router and computer multiple times. I unplugged everything from computer except mouse and keyboard to see if that did anything and it doesn’t. I did a hard shut down of the computer, like unplugging it an
