Windows 11 Can't sign in into my OneDrive account in PC

When I try to sign into my OneDrive account on my PC it takes so much time for loading after I put my E-mail and password and after loading for so long the window of loading disappears and still not letting me in, I tried to restart my PC but after I did that even the window of signing in is no longer available or shown so I can write my E-mail to sign in. How can I fix this problem? PS. I'm using Windows 11 pro and tried to open my OneDrive account on Google Chrome to make sure there is nothing wrong with (E-mail & password) and eventually all information were correct.
