Windows 10 Cant sign in to anything with microsoft account, tried clipchamp and minecraft

If i try to use the login with Microsoft button on the Clipchamp app, it immediately says it cant sign me in and them the window is greyed out, and i cant click anything as it makes the error noise. I tried to login to Minecraft and this also didn't work, but with a different error message.
