Windows 11 Can't sign out of work account

I click 3 dots then Forget, it gives error "Couldn't sign out of this account." I try to sign out and it asks me to sign in with the 3rd-party authentication app my former client used, but I don't have access to that anymore. Also the former account shows on any Microsoft login view and behaves the same way.
