Windows 11 can't solve corrupted files

my pc didn't take screenshots, i tried to run scan system and the system can't solve the problem.i tried to restore the health and this what the system shows me .PS C:\Users\dars7> Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.22621.1 Image Version: 10.0.22621.1105 [== 4.2% ] Error: 1392 The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
