Windows 10 Can't stop Windows 10 upgrading to Windows 11 .

My windows 10 pro version suddenly started to download Windows 11. So I made every possible ways to stop it. First I turned off the internet so it won't download further. Next I try to block the windows 11 update by changing values(TargetReleaseVersion & TargetReleaseVersionInfo) in the Registry Editor to stay in Windows 10 version like the procedure given by many . And also I enabled the target feature update version to 22H2 in Local group policy editor. And to update the policy, I also made sure to update policy in the Command Prompt by gpupdate /force. And Restarted my pc to all set. Bu
