Windows 11 Can't System Restore Due to Lack of Disk Space

My PC failed automatic repair and has been stuck in a restart loop. I've tried using commands in the command prompt, uninstalling updates, and launching safe mode. Everything I've tried so far doesn't work. My PC also has two drives and I'm not sure if that affects anything.I have a restore point from a few days ago but can't restore to it because the drive containing windows doesn't have enough free space. Is there a method to use something like the command prompt to delete files to make enough storage? Is there any other way I can try restoring the PC? I have a couple projects on my PC and h
