Windows 10 Cant turn off cpu EIST

Hi, i need help, im trying to disable CPU EIST, ive disabled it in the bios, but windows still use it. High performance power plan doesnt work, the cpu still throttle. My cpu temp is fine (50 degree celcius max).The only way for me to play without stuttering is to disable : Processor idle disable hidden power plan. But my cpu is using too much wattage, is there any way to disable cpu EIST from the registry ? Thnx
