Windows 11 Can't turn on bluetooth after quickly pressing it in comand center

Just like the title said i quickly double press the bluetooth icon from the command center (or whatever the bottom right section is called), and bluetooth will never turn on again unless I restart, which is very annoying. Clicking on it to turn on will result in the bluetooth icon disappearing and appearing back as disableHere's the video how it would look
