Windows 11 Can't turn on the real time protection in my windows 11 machine .

hiFor the last days, real-time protection on my Windows 11 is turned off and whenever I try to turn it on it goes back to the off toggle. There's a text in yellow that says "You're using other antivirus providers", but i did install another antivirus for a few days but uninstalled it last week, it didn't affect the real-time protection. I've tried basic troubleshooting I found online but didn't work for me.Any help would be much appreciated.
