Windows 11 Can't type in A Pin-Code for screentime while having Administrator on account

So the other day I downloaded a program which is for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, but to run it I need administrator. I change my account to administrator and I HAVE TO RESTART (issue 1) which makes the process long and annoying, then I launch the program and I run out of screen time on this account and then I press the button "Give more time on this PC" or something like that, and as some people know you need to type in the code / Pin-Code, but because I have administrator on this account that I need to insert screen time for, when I press "give more time on this PC" the only thing that happens
