Windows 11 Can't uninstall a windows update!

I wanted to delete an update specifically (KB5043145) as it was causing the video player in one of my tuition websites to lag when i tried to speed it up. But it isn't showing on the "uninstall update" option and also tried the cmd "wusa /uninstall /kb:5043145" but it didnt work as well as a prompt appears saying that "this update isnt installed on this computer" but it is clearly present in update history.
