Windows 11 Can't uninstall ARK: Survival Evolved

I'm trying to uninstall ARK: Survival Evolved and can't. When I try to uninstall from the Xbox app, nothing happens. It lets me click on the three dots and select uninstall but does nothing. When I try to uninstall from my computer settings, I get an error "We couldn't uninstall ARK: Survival Evolved. The operation did not complete successfully. Try again in a bit. The error code is 0x80073cfa, in case you need it."I'm currently running Windows 11.I've restarted and tried to uninstall and same issues.I've checked the microsoft store for updates and am up to date there.I found a thread that had
