Windows 10 Can't uninstall from D:

I can't uninstall Epic Games Launcher from D: (which no longer exists, turned into OS (C:) and OS (F:)


I found a similar forum question, told to run CMD as administrator, but it was F: to A:


attempted the same thing, subst D: to C:\


it appeared to work, but I still can't uninstall epic games launcher to re-install as "Invalid drive D:"


any/all help is appreciated
