Windows 10 Can't uninstall KB5039211

My computer isn't communicating with my Roland GX24, I'm running Windows 10. Roland says to uninstall the latest security update. When I try to do this, I get error code 0x800f0905. How do I uninstall this update so I can use my Roland cutter?
