Windows 11 Can't unlock my computer with a PIN because of "too many attempts or repeated shut downs" but no one has touched my PC or put in failed PIN attempts.

I tried to log in with my PIN one time with no typos and now i have this message saying I need to use another sign-in method and my password is significantly longer and I want to use my PIN. The error says i need to leave my PC on for at least 2 hours to fix the problem. I work on my PC full time from home and since it has disabled my PIN I have worked two 10 hour days on my PC without it falling asleep or shutting down and the problem was not fixed. On Sunday I left my PC on for 18 hours, 10 hours Monday, 10 hours Tuesday. No sleep mode the screen was on for all of those hours so "keep your d
