Windows 10 Can't update to Windows 10 20H2 Error 0xC1900101-0x20017

Hello,I've been trying to upgrade my PC to Windows 10 20H2 for months now and keep on getting this error: 0xC1900101-0x20017. I already reseted my PC but still no success... I downloaded the ISO file in an USB Stick to try to fix any corrupted files but I'm not able to boot it from the BIOS. When I select the USB with ISO file in it, it doesn't launch the Windows configuration but rather brings me to my homepage instead.Let me know if I'm not very clear lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)Thanks
