Windows 7 can't update to windows 10

I am trying to update my laptop from win 7 to win 10 ut when i run the program (as administrator) the windows logo appears on the screen for a second and disappears after a while i get the error "we're not sure what happened,ut we're unale to run this program" with the error code 0x80072F8F - 0X20000 I have well over 50 Gb of storage.
